Stable Confusion :: Intro

Stable Confusion Logo

I built the Stable Confusion newsletter because, I too, do not understand artificial intelligence or generative AI. It's moving so fast, it's hard to keep up. But, if you want to keep up, we've done all the hard work for you!

Each week we share summarized insights from leading AI publications (hot takes), tips on how to use AI to compliment your life, how to teach your children about it and galleries of what is possible in art with AI.

My name is Travis otherwise known as @SaaSTrash on Twitter. I'm a serial founder, a Dad and a forever curious tink'r.

Over the past few years I've created several SaaS applications and now have revenue totalling over $1.2M in ARR. I'm now doubling down on AI and machine learning and I want to teach you all about what I've learned... and in the process hopefully change your life.

I'm a Dad first and I'm raising my son to become curious about the world around him, like I am. If you are confused as I am about artificial intelligence but want to jump in and either make it part of your future or are just curious about it, then you've subscribed to the right newsletter.

To showcase the power and utility of artificial intelligence, this newsletter will be partly written by AI. We want you to try to figure out which parts are human and which parts are AI. (we bet you won't be able too)

The format of the newsletter may change over time but we'll be creating and aggregating content from around the world into "consumable sections" of the SC newsletter.

The format currently is:

  • AI Dad jokes

  • news and hot takes concerning AI from all around the world

  • showcase of Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL-E and other AI generative platforms

  • chatGPT examples, tips and tricks

  • applying AI to add value and money to your business

  • AI vocabulary, de-confusion

  • wrap up musings from the author(s) - me

That's it for now. See you for our first newsletter!
